I have known Dr. Abraham Kovoor from 1960's and have been an active member of his Sri Lanka Rationalists Association of which I am the present President. I have translated his 'Begone Godmen' and 'Gods, Demons ans Spirits' into Sinhalese decades ago and they are still popular among readers in Sri Lanka. I am still in close contact with his daughter-in-law, Jacqueline, and visited her even last week. She lives in France, now in her 70's, but spends a few months every year in Sri Lanka.
